This deck is derived only from the Patient presentations section of the attached Australian Medical Council publication. The back of each card uses the source's Common and Not so common, though not to miss indicative-cause lists. Condition index numbers were removed for readability; no external differentials were added.
The source contains 105 patient-presentation chapters. Four chapters — Childbirth, Contraception, Dying patient, and Pregnancy — do not provide differential/indicative-cause lists in the same format, so they are not used as differential cards. The result is 101 unique source presentations. To satisfy the 200-card drill deck without inventing new presentations, 99 are repeated as reinforcement cards. Repeated attempts feed the same item-level memory statistics.
Seven source presentations list indicative causes but do not provide a separate “Not so common, though not to miss” section; those cards state that explicitly rather than adding material.
